Housing: From 3 months before the delivery of the project to the date of selection of the new property management companies after the establishing of the first owners’ committee, our company will take on the project with all rights and manage it independently, with the service mode of commission system or the contract system.

Both sides sign the agreement on the strategic cooperation and Rongxin Service will enjoy the prior right of management of the projects of the developers.

Both sides will establish an associated company. Rongxin Company will be responsible for the operation and management of the associated company, while the associated company will provide the property management service for the constructing projects of the developers.
